By creating an account on LessonForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including teachers, heads of department, and school principals.
2. What LessonForge Provides
LessonForge is an AI-powered school workspace that helps educators generate lesson plans, worksheets, slide decks, exams, and other classroom resources. We provide these tools to save teachers time and improve the quality of educational content in Nigerian and international schools.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
One person may not create multiple accounts to exploit free credits.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits and Payments
New users receive 10 free credits upon registration to explore the platform.
Credits are consumed when you generate content. Different content types cost different amounts of credits.
Paid plans are available to purchase additional credits. All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. By making a payment you agree to Paystack's terms of service.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We do not offer refunds on purchased credits once they have been used. If you experience a technical error that incorrectly deducted credits, contact us and we will investigate and restore them where appropriate.
5. Content You Generate
The lesson plans, worksheets, and other content you generate on LessonForge belong to you. You may use them freely in your classroom and school.
You may not resell or commercially redistribute AI-generated content from LessonForge as your own original product.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy before using it in a classroom setting. AI can make mistakes.
Do not enter sensitive student information names, addresses, or personal details into any generation form.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LessonForge to:
Generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
Violate any applicable Nigerian or international laws
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
Use automated tools to abuse the credit system
Share your account credentials with others
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep LessonForge available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by temporary unavailability of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
LessonForge provides AI-generated content as a tool to assist educators. We are not responsible for any errors in generated content or for decisions made based on that content. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of LessonForge shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of LessonForge at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from your use of LessonForge shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
